Marien Baker is one of the fastest rising international DJs in the Spanish electronic music scene. At 14 and following her very first encounter with dance music, she decided to pursue a career in the music industry. After a few years in the city's club scene, Marien started gaining recognition for her singular sets and attraction the interest of clubbers and promoters who were all impressed by her energy and passion behind the decks and in December 2011 she released very successfully her track "I am Everywhere" at Wildlife (Sub-label from Black Hole Recordings, co-founded in 1997 by DJ Tiësto).
After winning the She Can DJ competition in 2012, Marien Baker scored a global record deal with EMI Music, toured some of the world's best clubs and released a mixed compilation. Now Marien is ready to storm the clubbing scene with the release of her new single 'Unbreakable' feat. Shaun Frank, a sparkling peak time floor filler - one that effortlessly bridges the gap between chart music lovers and clubbers all over the globe. Produced within the realms of uplifting house in all it's an exciting and motivating glory showing attractive progressive elements mixed with a pop/rock edge.
For the last four years, Marien Baker has been performing in France, Ukraine, Portugal, Indonesia, Italy, United Kingdom, Russia, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Egypt, Kosovo, United States, Morocco, Cyprus, Turkey, Albania, Croatia, Angola, Brazil, Belgium, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Dubai, Dominican Republic, South Korea, and Miami, among other places, and she has started doing production work in the studio collaborating with artists from the Netherlands and Spain.
During her DJ career Marien has also performed at after-shows and special parties for iconic brands such as Red Bull, Marlboro, Ducati, Ferrari, Armani Exchange and Religion.
Her powerful electro tinged and tech-house set have had crowds dancing in different venues (from small clubs for 500 people to festivals for 30,000) playing for people from different countries and cultures and setting dance floors alight in influential clubs such as Space Ibiza, Pacha clubs worldwide, Stadium in Jakarta, Piramide in Vienna, Guaba in Limassol, Ermitage in Kazan, Eibisi in Barcelona, and Ministry Of Sound in London.
